meet April, May, and June! these are my family's chickens. they're so sweet and adorable. June will run up to you just like a dog (well they all will, but June is especially bold). these darling hens aren't very smart, but what they lack in intelligence they make up for by being so darn cuddly and cute.
oh, and that third photo is a random snapshot of our backyard...i thought the sheets hanging on the clothesline and the sun in the background made for a nice picture.

COOL! I want a pet chicken. Do you teach them tricks? Or take them for walks? :)
ReplyDeletehaha we used to live on a farm, and when we did we had chickens that would perch on my arm, but that's the only trick i've ever taught a chicken. i haven't thought about the walks...they would probably get spooked pretty easily. they're really cuddly and huggable though, if you get the right breed! =]
