what in the world is feltidermy? take a bit of felt and the concept of taxidermy, mush them together and you've got felitidermy! pretty neat, huh? i think so. i'm completely enamored with Girl Savage's designs. the way Kate perfectly melds eerie and cute is absolute brilliance. the colorful plush creatures are cleverly mounted onto wooden plaques. her feltidermy pieces would make the perfect conversation starter as they're simply fascinating to look at. Kate also has a number of plush animals that aren't mounted onto a plaque...they're a little less eerie and a little more cute, but just as unique and amazing.
