Haba toys were my favorite. i remember flipping through catalogs and circling all of the things i wanted...most of them were made by
Haba. looking at the toys and sets and jewelry now, i think they still might be my favorite! they're so child friendly and unlike any of the yucky neon plastic toys out there.
Haba is a
German manufacturer, so whenever my folks and i would take a visit over there to visit family we'd go to the toy stores and get something Haba.
Magic Cabin is a really great place for children's toys too, and they house some Haba items as well!

i was thinking about making this blog a bit more personal (lots of thanks to

I've never heard of haba but it does remind me of Christmas time. Me and my sister would cut out images of toys and paste them onto a paper and send them to "santa". =]
no problem! and i do need to figure something out button wise, i love looking at other peoples buttons! there are some really creative ones out there.
