groundwork is the creative home of Danna Ray, a lovely artist who paints absolutely divine pictures. her work seems so embody hope in the purest form. the colors she uses are complete perfection. if i happened to be a painting, i would want to be one of hers. i don't know what it is, but i can really relate to her pictures. she's somehow able to capture just how amazing everyday life is, while keeping it simple. to me, her art is magical. i can imagine a cafe filled with her paintings. her artwork makes me want drink tea and eat cookies and read I Capture the Castle amongst the murmur of people talking and laughing. there are about a million and three reasons why i love Etsy. being able to find out about people like Danna Ray is most definitely number one on the list.
