yesterday while i was downtown with my folks (i'll do a separate post with photos later on, we went to the Chinese Garden!) the sky was absolutely beautiful. i think these pictures deserved a post of their own!

Do you ever kind of stare at it and start thinking about how everybody always forgets we're in space? Everyone always forgets where the light comes from. Everyone always forgets about what this planet really is.
I forget sometimes too! I wish I weren't so caught up with this alternate reality humans have created.

i know exactly what you mean. i could stare at the sky for hours! we need to remember how connected we are to everything. the clouds and the sun and the stars help me remember =]
